We want to assist you in finding items that are both beautiful and practical for your everyday life, and we encourage you to think carefully before you make a purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your goods, and we will provide you with the return shipping label.
Items must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
*Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or USPS due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
